We recommend you to register three to four months before your event. This gives you one less thing to worry about. However, if you prefer you can register at the same time as setting up your list. Remember to register in time to order gift list cards to send out with your invitations.
You can select items yourself here online. Alternatively, you may prefer to choose in store - if you’d like a personal shopper to help you compile your list, simply call the Wedding & Gift List department (click Contact to find the right number).
When you’re happy with your list, you can publish it online yourself, or ask us to do it for you. Once the list is published, guests can buy online, by phone or in store. You can choose when you want your list to go live, but we recommend about eight to ten weeks before the event.
You can amend or add items to your list anytime, either online or by calling us. Please note: once items have been bought, you can’t remove them from your list.
Yes, but you need to exchange items in store within 28 days of delivery. Alternatively, you need to post them back to our distribution centre (please contact The Wedding Gift List Department to arrange).
We can email a copy of your list to your guests for you. Alternatively, you can order gift list cards - which tell your guests everything they need to know about buying gifts at Heal’s - and send them out with your invitations.
If you have not closed your list six weeks after your event, we will close it for you and contact you to arrange delivery.
Once you have closed your list, you can arrange delivery online yourself, or call us and we can help you arrange it. We can usually deliver your gifts approximately two weeks after you close your list.
Delivery is free within a certain area and if your purchase is £500 or more. If you live outside this, we provide a quote when you arrange delivery, either online or through the Wedding & Gift List department.
No, but you can if you want to.
You can return items within 28 days at any of our stores, (or by posting them back to our London distribution centre). If you are returning items by post, please call the Wedding & Gift List department for instructions. You will need to provide your final updated list, (which we send you when your list is closed), as proof of purchase.
You can check online at any time and read any messages they’ve left. Simply log-in to your list to view. Alternatively, we can send you a copy of your list and messages at anytime.
Guests can buy you e-vouchers online. You can use them to buy items left on your list. If you haven’t spent them when your list closes, we’ll convert them to paper Heal’s vouchers and send them to you.
